My career as a C-suite executive, intrapreneur, and independent and in-house consultant is a synchronistic blend of creative brand development and strategic business insight. New business development brought to market, along with revitalized brand identities, were forged during my tenured career with Bloomingdale’s New York in Housewares, Fashion, Toys, and Beauty and as President of the LaCosta Spa Company to create “Spa Style” and Wellness Products. Innovative Barbie licensed business partnerships were developed as Sr. Vice President Worldwide, Barbie Consumer Products for Mattel Toys. We designed and launched the first exclusive Barbie Boutiques at retail in specialty and department stores; and launched Barbie Doll, as her 3-D doll-self come to life, in her first ever “talkie” as a Dance Workout instructor in the Dance Workout with Barbie video. After five fulfilling years of innovative Barbie Doll business development—brand creation and consulting for Food and Wine categories followed with The Cheesecake Factory; and notable Wine brands and companies in Napa and Sonoma, CA. Beauty and Wellness brands are a core expertise.

Using the identical brand process applied to products and companies, I added this most personal business segment, Brand New You, a Personal Brand Communications Platform, to help People and Namesake Businesses discover, define, and deliver memorable Voices to their audiences. From college entry to career-search, from employees to C-suite execs, everyone asks the same questions, no matter their status: Who Am I? Why Me? and “How do I talk about myself?”.

In partnership with executive coaches in career management and engaged by companies and college career centers to reach and teach their audiences, we help personal Clients develop the written and verbal communication assets you need to compete.
